Working machine with tension/bobbin issues. Not sure if issue is just needed adjustments or using old thread in test. There is no manual (One can be found online). No history of machine, just that is has sat unused for years. ** The tension or the bobbin needs some adjustments for machine to stich properly; the upper thread pulls through to bobbin and jams up during testing. ;(See samples of stitches in photos).
