The WAIST is approx: 36 inches. The INSEAM or LENGTH is approx: 33 inches. The RISE is approx: 10 1/2 inches. The LEG OPENING is approx: 10 inches laying flat and approx. 20 inches around. They are 77% Cotton 21% Polyester 2% Spandex and made in China . Please pay attention to the physical measurements in this listing as the size tag is almost NEVER the same as the actual physical measurements. Measure the item you are trying to replace.
