Vintage Wrangler Flare Leg Bell Bottoms Denim Jeans

I believe these are from the 80's. These jeans have a stretchy waist in the back. However, the elastic is a little crunchy due to age. It looks like the elastic was replaced at one time. There are two cuts on the inside of the waistband & two stitches on the outside of the waistband. These can be easily hidden by a belt. I do not see any other issues. No stains or odors. The flare at the bottom measures 10" across. Please see the photos.
