Inseam measurement is different from the tag size, so this pair of jeans have been hemmed on bottom

Waist 14" x 2 = 28"(measurement across waist doubled)
Inseam 32" (crotch to leg cuff)
Rise 10 1/2" ( waist band to crotch seam)
Total length 42" (waistband to leg cuff)
Hip - 17 1/2" ( laying flat)
