Not a stretch denim.
I do not a see a size.
Go by measurements and see pics for some laying flat measurements (which you should always do with vintage clothing as vintage sizes tend to run differently than modern day sizes.
Could be worn by anyone (depending on your style) if the measurements work for you.
Waist measures 17” from side to side.
Rise (crotch seam to top of waist) is 12 1/2”.
Inseam (crotch seam to end of leg) is 31 1/2.
End of leg measures 8 7/8” from side to side.
10” up from end of leg, leg measures 8 7/8” from side to side.
Waist to hem is 42 1/4”.
