These jeans are newly laundered and ready to wear.  They are in overall good condition with obvious signs of wear.  The back pants hems have wear and fraying (see picture).  The back right pocket is missing a button.  The top edge of the back pockets are worn and fraying so much that it may need reinforcement if you do not like jeans with holes. These jeans have a broken in, distressed look. This comes from a pet and smoke free environment.
