While seeking a unique texture created by using old-fashioned looms and a texture that cannot be experienced with current looms, we produce by eliminating the defects that are common in old-fashioned looms. Improvements are made to the loom as necessary, such as processing to suppress the back yarn flying, which is a drawback, and the pattern you want to express, and weave a rare fabric. With this fabric, fine adjustments are made repeatedly so that the detailed design, which is about 1mm in detail, can be clearly expressed without blurring.
100% COTTON (old-fashioned shuttle loom), urea buttons (manually sewn), winding seams for main parts.
