The tag that came with them is with them. The price/cost/retailer part has been removed. They are a Mid Rise Size 12 - W31. *** These say they have a Mid Rise and Simply Stretch Fabric. I don't know how true to size they are compared to other brands for this style/fit. I don't know how the fit will be for a normal size 12. They look/measure to have a Straight Hip/Butt/Thigh and if so, they may have a smaller/tighter fit thru the hip/butt/thigh areas. To me, they look/measure a little small for a normal size 12 but this may be the fit for this brand/style. You will have to be the judge on if these will fit You properly from the measurements compared to Yours. It will depend on how You determine Your Size Personally and Your Body Shape/Type, if these will fit you properly. These Do Stretch and the Waist can Stretch some too. They have Belt Loops for you to add a belt, if needed. They Do Not have a Drawstring. These have a 2" Cuff on each leg hem that is tack sewn on each side.
