The Fading is factory including elbow area. The right button cuff was manufactured with a flaw. It is supposed to have button and button opening on opposite sides of cuff. They made it the same as left cuff. Not a huge deal, but certainly worth noting. I didn't even notice this when I bought it from Kohl's until about 2 years later! But I wore my cuffs undone and rolled.
