Our workspace is smoke & pet-free, and after processing, all items get stored in sealed containers. “Stock” images may’ve been mixed in for add’l information and/ or styling ideas, altho the item described for sale is the exact one you’ll receive. And we carefully pack & ship daily. Generally, we welcome polite negotiation on almost all of our items, especially when bundling. We do offer a shipping discount on multiple items purchased together. And if there is a problem after the sale we will do our best to make it right, given the parameters within this platform, and our business policy.
