I personally purchased this brand new from LV. It is used but in good condition.  No tears, no discoloration.  The most noticeable sign of wear is the card slots have that edge of my card indention, but they still hold cards and are not stretched out...I only put one card in each slot.  This is my fav LV SLG and I recently got a new color.  I frequently resell my items, so with that in mind I take excellent care of them
