Listing Note-  My original listing of this Levi's High Loose jeans was ended by Pricetronic because a certain country prohibits the selling of these Levi's jeans that I was totally not aware of.  Basically, countries around the world have a list of brands or types of products you can't sell into their country.  So nothing to do with the quality or authenticity of these jeans, just a selling logistical issue.  I have updated this listing to be in compliance per Pricetronic's Levi's request.  I previously sold 3 of these High Loose Levi's jeans in a month or so before the listing was ended by Pricetronic.  Thanks for your understanding. Pictures Note- In the first 4 pictures of this listing I've included a front and back of a size 27" waist and a size 30" waist just to give you a better visual of what these jeans look like smaller or bigger.  These are High Loose Levi's jeans so as the jeans get bigger in size, the jeans will have a more drastic looser look than say a straight cut or regular fit jeans. Levi's Premium Note -  This is the upgraded "Premium" version of this jeans versus a regular Levi's version.  Typically, Levi's Premium items use higher quality materials, have more stitches per inch, is softer to the touch, uses real leather for their Levi's sizing patch and sometimes adds unique design elements that the regular version does not offer.  These upgrades are why Premium Levi's clothing items are much more valuable and expensive than their regular version. I don't offer refunds on the majority of my items now because of mainly 2 reasons.  First, I no longer can charge an "automatic" restocking fee for returns on Pricetronic.  As a result, I was previously losing between $5 to $18+(my shipping cost to you) on every return.  With profit margins being so tight, a return can make an item not profitable or not worth relisting again.  Secondly, I'm tired of fighting fraudulent returns.  Yeah, I win the majority of the fraud cases, but the 1% you lose literally makes you want to quit online reselling for good.  It feels that bad.  Just ask any online reseller.  You can be 1000% right, yet still lose the return claim on a minor technicality.  UGH!!!  I finally realized after years of selling, it was not worth the headaches or losing sleep over since I don't have say a 100 of one item to sell.  I normally have only 1 or at most a handful of a particular item which makes selling an item(s) for me pretty easy since Pricetronic easily has over a 100 million customers. There is an unexpected bright side to my no refund policy.  From what I hear, many of my clothing customers are now forced to measure their own personal clothing items and compare it with the Overall Measurements in the listing to see if my Pricetronic item will fit them instead of "guessing and hoping it fits" like they were accustomed too for a returnable item.  Like the majority of clothing online buyers around the world, many of my customers had absolutely no clue what their technical overall clothing measurements were because of free online returns.  They really only knew the basics like "I wear a medium shirt and a 33" waist pants" .  I would say after measuring thousands of clothing items, a medium in one brand can be sized much smaller or bigger than a medium in another brand because of the design cut or the material itself.  This is why any customer of mine who were reluctantly forced to finally figure out their technical clothing measurements because of my no buyer's remorse refunds brings a smile to my face.  I 100% know they will definitely save money and time in their future online clothing purchases because a lot of online businesses charge a 10 to 25 percent return restocking fee for sizing issues and let's face it; it's a hassle and a big waste of time to return something online.  I don't know anybody who likes repackaging an item then driving it back to the post office or a big box store return center. I know offering no returns does affect my sales which is why I ALWAYS go above and beyond when describing and photographing my Pricetronic items so there are absolutely no "surprises" when you receive an item from me.  Some of the extra things I do is ship out items no later then the next business day, list overall measurements for clothing items, try to describe every flaw even something as tiny as a store anti-theft tag pinhole, respond to all buyers questions before and after the sale, take high quality HD photos of the item(I never use stock online photos) and if I do make a mistake whether it's in the item description or the item sent; I always make it right with my buyers.  I don't like my time wasted and neither do my buyers.  The reason I'm writing this long winded "No Returns" policy is to help alleviate the stigma associated with " no returns means something is wrong with the item, it's something nobody wants or I'll be stuck with something I never ordered ".  Nothing could be further from the truth as explained in the following paragraph. All a No Return Policy does is stop a return because of YOU - buyer's remorse.  Some classic examples of buyers remorse are "I changed my mind", "I don't need it anymore" or "I wish I got a different color".  It will never ever stop a return if I send you something you didn't order or is not as described.  For example, you order a sports jersey from me and I send you a shirt.  You order a blue jacket and I send you a yellow one.  You order a men's pants and I send you a women's pants.  You are covered and protected in all of these situations plus many more by e B a y 's money back guarantee and will get 100% of your money back.
