Large Pant / Jeans

This rugged waistband stretcher can be used on jeans or pants sized 34” to 56" and has a stretching range up to 57" If you have garments smaller than 34”, you can try the Renascent Small Pant / Hat Stretcher which has a 20” to 37” range. Typically, you can get a 1" to 2" stretch of your garment, depending on the material. You can use the stretcher on wet or dry garments, however, stretching wet garments will give better and longer lasting results. Each stretcher includes: 1 x Steel turnbuckle, 2 x wood ends, 2 x 3.0” threaded rods, 1 x 5.75” threaded rod, 1 x 8.75” threaded rod, 1 x thread coupler Unlike the hex shaped turnbuckles that are made from aluminum and have less than ¾” of threads in each end, my turnbuckle is CNC machined from cold rolled 1018 steel bar, not cast, and is threaded inside the entire length of the body. This, and the 65K psi tensile strength of the threaded rods, ensures that the threads will never strip out like the softer aluminum threads do and enables the stretcher to exert hundreds of pounds of pressure. The turnbuckles have a handle to make turning easy, a smooth black enamel finish, and the ends are marked for easy assembly. The half-moon wood end pieces are CNC machined for uniformity and then stained and sealed with polyurethane by hand. This helps to strengthen and protect the wood and protect the garment. This stretcher was born from the need to find a better alternative to the soft aluminum bodied stretcher I had purchased that, for me, lasted less than 20 uses. Each of my stretchers are hand made and assembled from materials sourced from right here in the USA by me in my one man shop. They are inspected for quality and tested for functionality before they go out the door. I guarantee it will give you a lifetime of service and stand behind it 100%.
