Our BNC to DIN cable is different; we use Belden 1505F high-flex precision video cable, which is sweep-tested to 4.5 GHz for coverage of everything up to and including 3G and 6G SDI, but which also has a compacted stranded center conductor, double-braid-only shielding, and soft PVC jacket. The result is a cable which has the impedance stability one would expect from a solid-conductor cable, coupled with the flexibility and high flex life of a mobile or patch-panel cable. Blue Jeans Cable: Professional Precision Cable Assembly Our cables are assembled in our Seattle workshop by American workers, using the highest quality precision stripping and crimping equipment. Coax is stripped with precise dimensional control in our Swiss-made Schleuniger coaxial cable strippers, resulting in a shield braid undamaged by stripping and a center conductor of consistent maximum length for full engagement in the BNC pin crimp. Our crimping is done on Schleuniger 3-ton pneumatic presses--not on hand tools that can loosen and result in a weak crimp. The result is a cable which is not only superb in its electrical performance, but is physically robust and stable and will endure frequent handling and flexing.
